摘要

通过原位反应法制备了一种石墨烯量子点/聚酰亚胺(GQDS/PI)复合膜。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、拉伸测试、热重分析、扫描电镜等考察了石墨烯量子点的添加量对复合材料的结晶性、热稳定性、力学强度、形貌等的影响。结果表明,石墨烯量子点的加入对复合膜的结晶性影响不大,0.7%的GQDS/PI的拉伸强度达到100 MPa,复合膜的热稳定性也有很大提高。

Abstract

Graphene quantum dots/polyimide (GQDS/PI) composite membrane is prepared via in-situ reaction method.The effects of the addition of graphene quantum dots on the crystallinity,thermal stability,mechanical strength,and morphology of the composite membrane are investigated by means of infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,tensile testing,thermal weight analysis,and scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that the addition of graphene quantum dots has little effect on the crystallinity of the composite membrane,the tensile strength of 0.7% graphene quantum dots GQDS/PI reaches 100 MPa,and the thermal stability of the composite membrane has also been greatly improved.
